1. Acceptance of previous minutes, moved Jinny seconded Paul CARRIED
UNANIMOUSLY

2. Treasurer’s report approved, moved Bronwyn, seconded Di. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY
Funds on hand $ 5,779.14. $98 to be paid to CWA for scone sales at Yank Show. Di
will submit an invoice for reimbursement of costs for food preparation for BSA Club
morning tea.

3. Public Consultation process
– Bron will contact Nathan at YDC and ask how many responses were received.
– Consultation closes 15 November. We will be given a report of responses. The
survey results will be considered by YDC at the December meeting.
– Continue to distribute hard copy forms wherever possible.
– Use Facebook to remind about the closing date.
– Full on publicity push following Council approval to use the site. Also, full-on push
for donations and grant applications.

4. BSA Club morning tea 27th October
– Meet at the supper room at 8.30 am for sandwich making. Di will check if we can
set up on Saturday. Amanda bringing drinking water, Lorraine bringing doggie
table runners. Richard bringing signage, Square and donation tin.

5. Funds From CWA
– This is still ongoing.

6. Other Business
Richard gave a report on YDRA. Agreed that all of us who are members, will attend
the next meeting on 21 November 2024. In the meantime, Richard will obtain
insurance quotes for public liability and Volunteer coverage.
